Meet the team
Dedicated Professionals Behind Your Care
Sue and Feliciana, the owners of McCarron Home Care, have a combined 14 years of experience in caregiving for the elderly and for young people with special needs.
Managing Director
Agency Administrator
Director of Talent Acquisition and Marketing
Sue has three degrees: a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Management, and a Master’s in Public Administration. She also has 25 years of experience in sales and management across multiple professions.
Her work with youths includes leading after-school and daycare programs, teaching and coaching tennis, and being a substitute classroom teacher. Her clients have ranged from toddlers to teenagers who have both visible and invisible disabilities.
Feliciana has worked in caregiving since immigrating from Kenya to attend college. She has been involved in all hands-on aspects of agency operations, including assessment, training and managing staff, and scheduling, as well as providing the highest level of care to her clients.
Feliciana’s experience with elderly, disabled, non-ambulatory, and memory-care patients, along with her adeptness at relationship building and conflict resolution, make her especially equipped to be our agency’s administrator. Fe’s knowledge and experience are the cornerstones of McCarron Home Care.
Joe has experience with special needs clients, young people, and the elderly as a physical therapist’s assistant. His six years in the US Air Force make him particularly qualified for a management position at McCarron Home Care.
With the leadership training he gained in the Air Force, accompanied with his natural ability to connect with others, Joe is the quintessential “people person.” As our head of talent acquisition, Joe leads our efforts in hiring the best caregivers we can find. He also spearheads our strategy to seek out and care for veterans.
