Our Training Program
You bring your caregiving skills and experience. We teach you how to be a true companion.
We have a 5-point training program for our caregivers to teach them how to become true companions.
By discovering how to relate to their patients, our caregivers show real love, compassion, respect, and engagement. By expecting our employees to be proficient in both personal care skills and interpersonal skills, we can truly improve the lives of the clients we serve. And for that reason, we pay our caregivers higher than average wages.
